Yumi was the first pokemon I ever captured, and is to me what Pikachu is to Ash. Yumi is from the Viridian Forest, and was once just a wee little caterpie, but she did her best and proved you can be whoever you want to be if you believe!
Yumi is named after one of the twins of the japanese music group The Peanuts who performed Mothra's song. Yumi looks up to how wise and motherly Mothra is.
Yumi is very talented, and can use many moves normal Butterfree cannot!
Yumi has many friends! Her best friend is a Psyduck named Ginger that belongs to my partner. The two of them love to watch the anime together.
