07/2/2000 - Guys, I think I might be haunted? I was surfing the web as usual, drinking sunny d and blasting 2.B.A. Master... you know, the usual! X) When I encountered a strange rumor on an all black webpage. It said that if you talk to Professor Oak 100 times, he'll upgrade your pokeflute to communicate with "spirit pokemon", then you just need to lavender town and play the pokeflute in lavender tower, you can encounter a level 100 muma, the ghost pokemon from gold and silver?? If you know me, you know I LOVE the ghost type pokemon, so I couldn't resist trying it myself. Me and Yumi talked to Professor Oak a ton, and I mean a TON! but no luck, his dialogue never changed. It was already 8:30 and I was a little spooked but decided to try flying to lavender town on my pidgeot anyway. We went to the top floor of lavender tower, and played the pokeflute as instructed, aaaaaaaand...... nothing. I expected as much, I've tried hundreds of these fake rumors, and they always end the same. But then, something odd happened. The power cut off. I was in the dark and the music stopped, and I didn't notice but I had the gameboy sound on and it was playing the spooky lavender tower music, the one that goes da da da da daaaaaa, you know the one, and I SWEAR a text box popped up that said the following: I was so scared I turned the game off right away! Has anyone else had anything like this happen? I regret turning it off because I feel bad for her. I'm going to attempt the glitch again tonight, stay tuned for details dear readers.....
